Navi is a UX and UI concept for a mall navigation app designed to make the in-person shopping experience more efficient and enjoyable. The app consolidates features that shoppers actually need: live capacity tracking, restaurant reservations, and a custom "Journey" feature that builds an optimized in-mall route based on the stores, timing, and location the user selects. The design prioritizes clarity and ease of use for a primary audience of adults aged 20 to 35 who are comfortable with mobile technology and value their time. The project covers end-to-end UX thinking, from user needs to interface design.
